Haha...whatever the day is makes no difference for me, as I have all the time in world. The shade of taupe is the colour of my current blog, which is the one you're reading right now, on this date.... Why all of a sudden the color scheme???
Well, I am currently looking for ideas for bedroom designs. It is hard for me because on one hand I'm really into this victorian goth-ish designs and on the other hand I really like the vintage cosy designs. Yes, indecisive me! And i remember the color taupe, and i was talking about it with my boyfriend and said well, I'm tired of green this time. (green is my favourite colour) would probably go for taupe. And he asked, what is taupe...well, dearest boyfie, my blog is taupe!
Not to digress, as I was browsing earlier today, I've finally decided on the design. Instead of going for a single theme, I think I will combine both of it and call it my eclectic design. I made my decision by looking at this picture.
It is sort of vintage and goth-ish. The dark colored wall gives it the goth edge and the furniture exudes vintage atmosphere . But instead of going with this colour, I'm thinking about changing it to maroon or wine red, because personally, i think that this colour is overrated, I've seen a lot of room with this colour. For the curtain I'm thinking of pale taupe, because I don't want the room to be gloomy. In my opinion a gloomy room attracts negative energy.
These are the colours that I have in mind
But.....the room, might take longer time to finish as the settlement for the land had yet to be settled.
