It just felt like such a long time that I haven't update this lil thing. Due to lack of interesting info in my life, I've decided that it is better that I leave this blog alone.
Well,
Yesterday I decided to watch Johnny English and Contagion. Yes, two movies in one day. Well, Johnny English was great for a good laugh. It's Rowan Atkinson, so what do you expect right?? And Contagion was not really memorable. But it was a movie with a message. First, don't trust rumours and duh! not everything on the net is true. And stop being so paranoid; this refers to the weaponised thingy.
Contagion was based on a true story, many may relate it to H1N1 disease, as it was the recent contagious virus that had been spread worldwide.In fact, the movie is actually based on the incident happened in Malaysia back in 1998, which is called the Nipah Virus. And....it is Malaysian whom actually found the vaccine for the virus. C'est pas americain.
In 1998, I was 10 years old. So, I wasn't paying much attention to such disease as my father told me that it got something to do with the pigs. Yeah, we actually had to kill a lot of pigs here in Peninsular Malaysia, to avoid the virus from spreading. I remembered that.
How the virus exist in the first place, it actually explained in the movie. I don't wanna spoil it here. As for merely reviewing the movie, it was not a boring, serious type of movie. It is serious but not boring.
