It is so silly of me to take a nap at 9 p.m. Now at 12 a.m. I am wide awake and I know that I will only get to bed at 6 in the morning. Not only that, I took my nap in less than an hour after dinner. Later, I know that I'll be saying that I'm fat and such, but the fact is....I just didn't take good care of my body.
Lately...I have been feeling that my body isn't in a very good form, and I'm only 22. I just don't have the strength and stamina like i used to. That is why the current obsession with all the physical activities happened. I just want to be the person that i used to be.
I only got myself to blame.
